The process is simple and 100% hands-free. After an initial conversation to understand your property and expectations, we sign a management mandate. We then create the listings, organise the photo shoot and launch the rental — all within two weeks.

Your revenues correspond to the rent collected from guests, less our commission and platform fees (Airbnb, Booking, etc.). You receive a monthly bank transfer along with a detailed report.

We charge a commission on the rental revenues generated. No fixed fees, no subscription. If your property generates no revenue, you pay nothing. Our interests are aligned with yours.

How do you handle risks (damage, non-payment)? +

We systematically require a deposit and subscribe to the damage guarantees offered by the platforms. A photographic property inspection is carried out at every rotation. In the event of an incident, we handle all declaration and claim procedures on your behalf.

Yes. We review every profile before accepting a booking: reviews, history, purpose of stay. We decline suspicious bookings and favour verified guests. Your property is in safe hands.

Allow approximately two weeks between signing the mandate and going live. This includes the visit, photo shoot, listing copywriting and optimisation across all platforms.

Of course. You remain the owner and can block dates at any time from your personal dashboard or by contacting us. No restrictions on your ability to use your own property.

Regulations vary by city. In Paris, a declaration at the town hall is required and rental is limited to 120 nights/year for a primary residence. In Lille, the rules are more flexible. We guide you through all administrative procedures during onboarding.

You can end the mandate with one month's notice, with no penalty. We manage the transfer of listings and active bookings to ensure a smooth transition. Your property is returned to you in the same condition we received it.
